Curry
1 tbs. Vegetable oil Place the oil, green pepper, and carrots, and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the onions, tomatoes, lemon juice, apple, sugar, curry powder, turmeric and coconut. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring half way through cooking. Stir in the flour, hot stock, sultanas, peanuts, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook for 4 minutes, stirring half way through cooking. Serve with brown rice. |
