Real Lemonade

Take seven unwaxed Lemons (organic), finely zested and juiced

three pints of water

500gms light brown sugar

two drops vanilla essence

Bring the water to the boil, add sugar and dissolve, finely zest lemons and add with thier juice to water & sugar. Add vanilla, then cool and refrigerate, serve with water as a cordial.
