We use Doves Farm Gluten Free Flour for Gluten Free cookery
thier recipes are all on their website - The bread is fantastic, and the hot cross buns were a real hit this Easter!
No huge secrets with any of our bread - just put all the ingredients into the bread machine and I set it to the fastest programme, for a 500g loaf and a light crust if you have options. If it helps you chosing a machine, I dont think it needs to be too expensive. We had a £30 Morphy Richards bread machine for 10 years, that finally gave up, and now I have a Kenwood. My Mum and Auntie have Panasonic and we all have great bread. Other brands I cant vouch for!
