Apricot Cream
Kindly given by Margaret's friend!
Crushed
amarreto biscuits
apricot pie filling (Sainsburys)
thickened with a little arrowroot
whipped double cream
yoghourt and a little icing sugar
orange zest to sprinkle on top
Layer the ingredients in the order given, biscuits first, then apricot, cream
and finally garnish with orange zest, chill in fridge and enjoy!
