Louises Easy Apple Cake

12oz self raising flour

8oz demerera sugar

2 eggs

6floz milk

4oz raisins

4oz margerine (melted)

load of peeled, chopped apples (eaters or bramleys)

A teaspoon of mixed spice (at least, or to taste)

Put everything in a bowl and mix it together, put in a large greased lined tin and cook 180degrees C for about 30-40 minutes

DELICIOUS!
