Classes run 10am - 4pm, we will be glad to welcome you for coffee from 9.30am. Hot and cold drinks are
inclusive and served throughout the day.

Lunch is served as a sit down
buffet, please bring a small plate

An introduction to Inkle Loom Weaving

make a fringe or braid to adorn absolutely anything, perhaps a lampshade, cushion or bag. If you would like, you may like to make and add tiny tassels, Chinese knots or include beads, or hand made buttons. These also make wonderful finishing touches to your soft furnishings and upholstery.

Requirements List

Inkle loom and shuttles (if you have them)- if not please request the use of a loom at the time of booking.

any cords you may have or have made, any thickness
(even quite chunky or very fine), cordwinder, hooks and
clamps if you have them.

canelle, craft cotton or any cone yarn which is
strong and not too hairy, in at least two colours.

unbest scissors, wide tooth comb, small offcuts
of mount board.

Needles, cotton and sewing scissors.
