Lamp Work Glass Bead Making

A special introductory session— if your not
quite sure what it involves, or if its for you, these specially priced half day sessions are
for you !

The course will cover: Health and safety issues, the torch: gases, turning on the propane, lighting the gas, turning on the
oxygen, adjusting the flame, melting glass in
the flame, making stringers, first beads and beads using simple decoration techniques, finishing off – removing mandrels and bead release.

Requirements

please tie hair back and wear natural fibre clothes.

no gas lighters are allowed in the workshop.
