If you find it necessary to cancel your booking less than four weeks prior to the date, refunds or exchanges will only be made if there is a waiting list from which your place is immediately filled. If we find it necessary to change, amend or cancel a class we will always refund you in full or rebook you (as required) and give you as much notice as is possible dependant on the reason.
