As places are limited, please enclose your
full balance payment with this booking form to reserve your place.
You may exchange your chosen course, or ask for a refund
in full up to four weeks prior to the booking. If you find it necessary
to cancel your booking less than four weeks prior to the date, refunds
or exchanges will only be made if there is a waiting list from which
your place is immediately filled.
If we find it necessary to change, amend or cancel a
class we will always refund you in full or rebook you (as required)
and give you as much notice as is possible dependant on the reason.
Full requirements lists and confirmations will be
supplied on receipt of your booking form accompanied
by full payment.
Please print a separate form for each person
attending and remember to keep a copy of the
classes that you have booked.
